With manufacturing facilities located at Mysore, the company is currently one of the largest independent manufacturers of Rear Drive Axle Assemblies in the country. With more than 43 years+ of axle producing experience and advanced gearing technology from Meritor HVS (India) Ltd, it has been manufacturing reliable & long-life Light, Medium & Heavy duty Drive axles, Front Steer axles, Non-Drive axles, Axles for Defence & Off-Highway applications and Drum & Disc Brakes. The Marketing & Field Service Support is provided by Meritor HVS (India) Ltd.
Housing Manufacturing
Automotive Axles Limited employs advanced technology, including flexible axle housing lines, robotic and friction welding, and 100% joint testing for durability. With versatile machining centers and customizable welding lines, they ensure precision and adaptability across light to heavy commercial vehicle axles.

Gear Manufacturing
Automotive Axles Limited specializes in precision gear manufacturing with capabilities for spiral, straight, and hypoid bevel gears. Using advanced equipment, such as 5-cut and Face Hob machines, along with noise-sensitive testing and close-loop manufacturing, they achieve high-quality, noise-optimized gears suitable for diverse automotive needs.

Automotive Axles Limited utilizes state-of-the-art heat treatment processes for gears, including continuous carburizing furnaces with robotic loading, quench press, and sealed quench furnaces for high durability. They also employ induction hardening machines to enhance the strength of spindles and drive shafts.

Axle Assembly
Automotive Axles Limited’s assembly lines feature continuous flow processes for differential, axle assembly, phosphating, and painting, enhanced by Industry 4.0 capabilities. The company ensures 100% leak-proof testing, employs NVH test rigs for quality checks, and has a dedicated assembly line for wheel-end components, achieving precision and efficiency in axle production.
