Flexible Housing Line

AAL has a flexible Housing Line suitable for all kinds of axles used in LCV, MCV and HCV vehicles. The production lines are equipped with continuous type shot blasting machines, double-head semi-automatic seam welding machines and Robotic axle dome welding machines. Each line has Friction welding for spindle and 100% testing for joint integrity. It also has VMCs and HMCs for machining, Tunnel-type washing machines and flexible welding lines for customized bracket welding.
