Gear Variants

AAL has capability to make Spiral Bevel, Straight Bevel, Hypoid and Amboid type gears. Gears & Pinions are produced using Gleason make-5 Cut machines and Face Hob machines. After cutting, it is heat treated in continuous carburizing furnace and shot peened. Turbo Tester with SFT Measurement Capability is used for Noise Sensitive Gear processing after lapping process. AAL also has Gleason make-114 Coniflex machines to make bevel gears for making diff nest and Sealed quench furnace for carburizing.
